This is an awful company that's only able to subside due to subsidized government contracts that they then fully exploit by jacking up their prices far beyond what would be competitive if their customers weren't getting vouchers from their employer. Their boot truck routinely fails to keep appointments, exclusively arriving at least an hour late and sometimes cancelling after they're already supposed to be on site. If they had to rely on genuine customers off the street they would have been out of business years ago.
