We seen that the rug that we wanted was out of stock and they only had the one in display available. James was so kind to help us and he was so helpful and took his time and wrapped it for us. Thank you so much this is what you call excellent customer service. My husband and I are so pleased with the service that we received.”

“I absolutely Love this location!!! I walked in and found 6 pairs of shoes/heels/sandals/flip flops right off the bat! They were very stylish and affordable. Then I was able to find some other great deals on my shopping list (and a ton that weren't on it ?). I live in the North suburbs and our Ross is always picked apart and a mess. This location was neat and well stocked. I would gladly drive the hour and a half drive just to come shopping here. ??️❤️”

“The prices are great and Mackenzie was a great help when adjusting the price since one of my items were cheaper when scanned thru the app. However, I was appalled with Brenda's customer service skills. I had witnessed a customer trying to use an online coupon (the customer was being incredibly nice about it) and Brenda was very rude to her being too firm and harsh. Brenda started raising her voice saying "you have to download the app to get the coupons" since the customer was older she was trying to figure out what to do. I've worked in customer service in plenty of different areas for 10 years and was appalled to witness this. She definitely needs to be coached in empathy and general CS skills again.”
