This location tried to rip me off. Sold me a used game as new. Told me it just had the wrapper off other than that it's a brand new game. I get home and for one the disk wasn't even locked in place, the case had several dents on plastic, and then I see there was a used game sticker on the case that was ripped off with only a little bit of the sticker left. If it was new and just not sealed how is the sticker gonna be directly on the game case and not on the cellophane that was taken of? and why was it even ripped off in the first place?? Then when I get there to complain and return it they try arguing with me telling me she told you it wasn't sealed. Like are you serious right now? Will never ever go there again and gonna call corporate to complain and cancel rewards and credit account.

I've been to a lot of GameStops in my days, but this one is by far the friendliest. The staff here is phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling.

The gentleman that worked there yesterday around 3 was absolutely horrible, I’ve shopped at this GameStop over 20 times, I just wanted information about selling a game and I knew the value was going to be low, but he was real rude about it. I work in retail and this guy wouldn’t last a day working for me..hopefully he gets some better training soon…
