Used state farm roadside assistance- call State Farm and request a different company. This one won’t come.I had been waiting on a tow 2 hours past my estimated wait time. Tow driver put the dispatcher from my insurance on an extended hold after delaying my ETA multiple times. Tow driver then LIED to dispatcher about their location and how soon they can get to me!! Dispatcher from insurance company got fed up and dispatched a second company. Don’t waste your time.Edited: decided to cancel my request after looking at their reviews and seeing so many other similar experiences, on top of them actually damaging cars!? I’ll wait for the second company. Legend Towing in tinley park got here in a timely manner!

Yep this place is the worst. If you have State Farm and they assign this company to you for Roadside, immediately call the State Farm number and have them switch to another company. Otherwise, you’ll be stranded on the side of the road for hours if you wait til they cancel on you.

My car broke down on I-294 and after calling them arrived in 15 minutes. Very comforting customer service and quick tows. My go to tow company from now on. Definitely recommend! They also have a mechanic and body shop as well which is very convenient

This company was assigned to me through my insurance for roadside assistance and they provided me a ETA of 90 to 120 minutes. I called to confirm and they said someone would be on their way. They were finishing up a tow. After waiting over 90 minutes they canceled on me and I had to start the process all over. Then when I tried to call the number back they ignored my call!! Very unprofessional! Now I can see why they have 2.8 stars on Google!

Absolutely gut wrenching experience, I had to threaten to report my vehicle stolen before in order to get a response - intentionally held my vehicle for 3 days in order to milk the storage fees and fleece the insurance company - a total scam operation - do not use them

Was broke down on 294 said they'll be there in 84 minutes explained to them another tow company cancelled on me after 2 hours said we would never leave someone on the side of the road you lied cancelled right before time was up now I've waiting 4 hours to get towed on 294 at 82 degrees out I believe in karma please don't use these people unreliable they don't deserve your business

Big joke. Pathetic, unprofessional and sad. Got assigned to rescue/tow me through Allstate insurance. Wait time two and half hours. One hour late, no phone response. After THREE AND A HALF hours of waiting, and no show, no response, another tow company got assigned. Avoid it like a plague.

Terrible service. There was a 2 hour wait which was ok with me. But after getting my car back from the shop where it was towed, the vehicle had extensive damage. Front bumper was all scratched up, the undercarriage was all scraped up, wheel well and fender was messed up, tire was slashed and missing chunks. Clearly the driver just dumped the vehicle and ran off. My mechanic said car was just sitting in the middle and not even in a parking spot. Now I have to make a seperate claim with my insurance company and try to recover $500 deductible. Horrible experience. Will be giving them a call tomorrow but after reading the comments, I don't have much hopeService: Car towing

Had a requested tow. I have state farm insurance. I had my car towed for 6 times. So I used 5 different companies. This is the worst !!!! Don’t waste your time. I have been waiting for 2h and there is still no one even there is no traffic problem. I requested at 7am on a Saturday. Now it’s 9.10am no one is still here.Service: Car towing

My car was broken down on 80/94 during rush hour. Ray came to tow the vehicle that we thought was having major electric issues. He attempted to jump the vehicle, it wouldn't start, but he inspected a few other things and realized that a dealership installed ground wire to the battery had not been tightened down. He tightened it, the car started right up. He advised that when we got home (off the busy expressway) to go under the hood and thoroughly check for anything else that was loose and tighten it down. He called about 10 minutes later to make sure we were still doing okay and that we had made it home alright. Ray went above and beyond. He was very caring and we were very appreciative. He saved us a huge bill from the auto shop.
