I took my truck to Delta Sonic on August 24. I was very pleased with the outcome of the detailed job they was done on my vehicle. I'm not sure who worked on my truck, but I was amazed by how well they waxed and buffed out all the scratches. I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't shampoo the fabric part on the back of my seats on the 3rd row. Overall job well done.

Paid for the $35 express clean, disappointing . they did not wipe the interior windows they did not steam clean anything I feel like they just did a quick wipe & vacuum & for $35 I could’ve just did that. Once I complained he did smh. On top of that the $35 service doesn’t even include an exterior wash, never again

I used to love delta sonic. As a member, paying every month. The service is not great. I have complained before about the young teens working there not paying attention. When going through the car wash, they are on their phones or laughing & talking with one another. Not directing or making sure you are on the track correctly. I spoke with manager. Go back again, same thing happened and it scratched my rim on my brand new car. Did a claim, for them to tell mail the manager said nothing was wrong with the car wash, and if so other cars would be damaged. lol! I never said anything was wrong with the car wash. I said your workers are not many sure cars a correctly on the track with caused my rim to get scratched. Horrible business and response to paying customers.

The service was slow , and there charging almost 200$ oh they give you the 25$ discount as if there doing you’re a favor for being a member. So for regular full synthetic oil change I could of went to Volkswagen and paid 100$ never again thanks for the heads up for future reference take care

I got my truck washed and notice that on my plus plan no tire shine was added I called in to find out why I was told by the manager that it was broken HELLO ! Then he said you can pull around to the side and they would put it on REALLY There’s no sign saying so and no one is saying anything ! Then he apologize and say he will put a sign up ! Really I’m so sick of delta sonic !!! Oh yeah I called corporate twice last week

I used to be happy with the membership plan until I tried the shop services, I tried to refill my ac and I trust their services but they tricked me with 200 dls bill because instead of letting me know about a big leak on the system, they didn't care and fill it anyways. Obviously my car only partially works for a couple of hours. And even worse when I asked for an explanation, they were more careless. And that's how a long relationship ended due to a cheating and poor service.

Worst Car wash ever. So I get there I asked for a car wash. The guy tells me Instead of paying $13 for one car wash, I can give you the special which is 6 car washes for $25 that I could use anytime I say OK sounds good, I used one that day. They tell me you have to come back the next day for the second car wash, which doesn’t make sense who washes their car two days in a row. Second I come back a week later to use one of the other two washes they deduct for one then they tell me come back the next day for the other I told him what do you mean they told me I could use it anytime I want he said no you have to use it by tomorrow so this is where they get over on you. Don’t fall for the bait it’s a scam.
OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES, INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, TRY TO HELP THEM RESOLVE THE ISSUE, SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AND ALL YOU DO IS SAY SORRY. HOW ABOUT MAYBE A REFUND OR A FREE WASH?? BAD MANAGEMENT FOR SURE…

I Was a witness to an accident today at this location. One of the workers there started yelling at the guy whose car was hit from behind by other cars, due to there conveyor failing. The guy had his young son probably 4 or 5 crying because this worker was yelling and raising his voice at him. He wasn’t even the manager. Extremely unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not return to this location. There’s a proper way to treat your customers especially around children. Gross

The girl who works by the food is very unfriendly. Yes I see you replied Thankyou. I still use your gas because I'm a member but I won't go inside anymore because she has an attitude and she snaps at you if have a question. This has happened 3 times already and it sad because the sub sandwiches at your food outlet where you order at the kiosk is very good, I like them very much. Please take care of this because who knows how she treats other people.
