Not only this lady that works here was giving me a hard time but when I came back at 6:20 PM on a Friday they were closed ! They close at 7 and it wasn’t even a holiday! This is a bad place to come to for anything with cricket!

This cricket location has the most incredible Customerservice you could ever imagine! They were able to help me out with a Sim card issue that was an emergency and they could not have been more pleasant. The owner Erin was extremely helpful and so nice to deal with at this difficult time. I highly recommend this location and I have had great service with cricket and will never go back to another phone carrier. Thank you Erin and I appreciate your Customerservice so much! Well done and keep up the good work.

This location has the most incredible Customerservice you can ever imagine for a phone company! I needed help with the Sim card in a fairly emergency situation, and the owner of the store was beyond helpful and went well above and beyond any customer service I have ever had. So pleasant to deal with, and overall have excellent service with cricket, and would not go back to any other phone company I've had in the past. Thank you to the owners and keep up the great work!
