The team here was amazing. They finished my hail damage in TWO DAYS! They even fixed a dent that was unrelated, and cleaned the inside of my car! I was so surprised by the communication and care we received. I work for an insurance company, so I know that working with shops can be difficult. Trust me when I say that you will NOT have a negative experience here!

I took my vehicle in after someone struck it. The vehicle was repaired and the staff was professional and courteous. It required me to return and have the work adjusted however. They made the adjustments and the vehicle has been repaired. I would return because overall they do good work.

I'm actually doing a review and I'm still waiting on my car. The reason that I came to this particular body shop was because of the owner upstate farm and specifically a particular gentleman.
I had a minor fender and now I'm still waiting after the fourth day, however I'm being told they're just waiting on a particular part once they get that part the vehicle be complete. My only problem is.
The lack of communication, communication is the most underrated but important aspect in the world ???
Without communication one is left to just, wonder, assume and be left out in the dark!!!
So I'm extremely disappointed in this place and this particular gentleman who I'll leave his name anonymous but I definitely won't recommend this place because of his inability to keep me posted in a timely manner
