It is a good bank. What I don't like is that they put the checks on hold for a long time, up to 2 weeks. You talk on the phone and they tell you that the check is under review. and the bank already has the money in its possession. So at that time they use it and you can't use your money. that's not good at all???

Horrible service!!! Avoid coming here. Find a better Chase location. Assistant manager has 0 knowledge and is unable to assist a customer accessing the funds. Save your time. And chase, do better. Manager of the branch needs to do better! Such a good location w horrible service.

I went here to open a business account without an appointment a few days ago and was told to make an appointment as they only have one banker working. No biggie, I made the appointment, showed up 15 mins early. While waiting, the banker was about to hand me someone else’s ID and debit card and I told her that wasn’t me and she turned around and said “oh haha I didn’t see you there” to the lady the cards belonged too. She was 10 mins late to get our appointment started and the whole time I was setting up my business account I felt like she wasn’t listening to me (I had repeated myself a few times) and I felt like I was being rushed the whole entire time. Overall I am super disappointed with this branch and its customer service and I feel like silly mistakes were made during my interaction. Such as linking an email I didn’t want linked to my account and telling me I would probably be able to fix it later when I asked about it. It was a really frustrating hour or so of my time and I will not be returning to this branch because to be quite honest I don’t feel they are trustworthy.

Never trust this bank hours in the Google maps says 6 o’clock and drive through 530 but they close 5 o’clock. I don’t know what’s the point to close the bank 5 o’clock do you have to keep open at least 6:00pm or 6:30 pm this management is not good

So, this is the only forum I know how to use... the bank is a bank, the associates are congenial, and the ATM's are always convenient .... The reason I am writing this is in the hopes that word gets to the men in the car who had an altercation with a guy in a U-Haul-- had you been able to step outside yourself before all the Reving of engines and honking your horn , you may have seen the elderly female attempting to move her car ( it took her a WHILE, but let's hope we're doing that well at that age ) - I was shielding her so she could get out ;!but in self righteous nature you had to come along and express YOUR importance over the aged ( or kind ) people in your community ..... before you talk shit learn the truth ( this is for both you and the nosey heifer that accused me of being mentally unstable or on drugs - I'd sue her for the slander if I knew who she was )

Racially profiling costumers! I’ve been coming to this bank for about 6 months now not to mention I’ve been a valuable chase banker for over ten years now to see another costumer treated as such was a horrible experience. The tellers in the drive Thur window are awesome all the time! How ever the young lady at the first counter was amazing always is but for some strange reason the older lady to the left of her I believe her name is Janet really needs to work on her costumer service skills need to be more of a people’s person rather they are Mexican, African American or White what I witness with her and another costumer before me was not polite almost causing me not to want service from this bank smh really needs improvement or someone younger with a friendly kind face

Wish this bank can deal with fraud!! Some of the people who work there are so rude and mean. Needs better staff and they should have debt cards there. Waiting 3 weeks for a new/replacement card is ridiculous.
