“Nina, John and their team went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues I had with rentals. As an older driver that has been driving older model vehicles I wasn't familiar with some of the features equipped in the modern cars. They fully explained things so I could understand. I recommend the Countryside/Lagrange branch for anyone in need of a rental.I want to add more to my review after returning to this location for a third rental. The team is caring and can accommodate probably any request made. I suffer from asthma, and even though I appreciate the disinfecting process of each car, certain smells will cause me to cough uncontrollably. After scheduling online, I emailed Enterprise to ask if I could have a "scent free" car, and they understood and provided a clean car without the special spray. Their team is friendly and more than willing to work with you to get in a rental that you're comfortable with. Cudos to Nina, she rocks!”

“This is my go-to for a car rental specifically this location. Great communication and not outrageous on the prices. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. One thing I would change is the cleanliness of the vehicles while the floors and seats are clean they don't get between the seats there was fries and other trash not vacuumed out. Other than that this is a great place to rent a vehicle”

“I give them 5 stars. The place is very busy. If you are trying to call them, the phones are very busy too. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Renting the car, returning the car, and payment are all done with very good service. I look forward to renting with them again soon. Renting a car is expensive in 2024, and some will give you advice to not buy the full insurance package that is offered, because it is expensive, but I always get it because anything can happen. It reduces the stress level when driving a rental.”

“Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“We were so very pleased with Budget car rental. When we came out of our hotel we had a flat tire. We call the emergency roadside and the gentleman came and changed the tire. We then went to the nearest budget location and turn the car in and got another rental. We were so happy with the service and how nice the people were and how they accommodated us.
