They had so many fitting rooms in the back of the store which they shut down & now only 2 fitting rooms in front store which there's never an attendant to monitor it ppl take 20 outfits & take 30 minutes to try on clothes & the lights on the fitting room that turns color when in use don't work They constantly flash both red & green on & off even though someone is in there...please open all the fitting rooms again 2 fitting rooms is not enough

they close at 11 and they harrass to get out and lie about the time they close. like yall that lazy?? they be taking about its 10:45 we close in 15mins when its really 10:23pm. and some managers sent her little minion to go after me literally pointing at me telling me "we closing, we closing" sound like a damn robot. so irritating

Only 2 employees at register with a backup of 10-12 customers. Long wait to checkout is one reason why people prefer on line shopping

Long line, stood there for 15 minutes with a dress shirt before giving up and just buying one at Ross, store was somewhat unkempt but the fitting romes were clean
