Bought a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Mike and I gotta say, from the moment we drove into this place until we drove out with a beautiful new vehicle, our experience was amazing! We really loved the fact that there is NO high pressure sales tactics at all, they greet you and ask if they can help and then they let you walk around on your own but are still close by to answer any questions you may have as you look. They don't hover and we really appreciated that. Mike went out of his way to make this deal work for us, we feel very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to come and check Bose out!
TWO MONTHS LATER: This truck was a BAD idea for us to purchase. There have been SO MANY THINGS wrong with it that my son hasn't been able to drive it for about 90% of the time he's owned it. The mufflers bad, the front ball joints are bad, he's replacing the entire power steering because it leaks. And there are a couple more things he'll need to have fixed within a few months. I absolutely will NEVER recommend this place to anyone...unless I don't like them. Ha Ha. I feel Mike knew what a lemon this truck was and sold it to my son anyway. He saw SUCKER on our faces from the moment we drove onto that lot. Never again.

Staff was nice. Really smooth quick process of getting my car. Only thing I was not favorable of is they did not clean anything in the car before selling to me the car was super dirty and didn’t even have the care to give a quick detail or wash.

I want to take a moment to thank Mike at Bose Motors. When I first started my car search back in December 2023, I stopped by Bose. I was still trying to figure out what I wanted and appreciated the time I was given by Mike.
No pressure at all! He told me to look around and let me know if there were any cars I wanted to look closer at. I took a look at a couple cars, but wasn't ready to buy. I kept Bose in my searches waiting for the right car because I felt treated right by Mike. Friendly, easy going, old school Southside vibes and up front.
After months of searches, I was frustrated. I spent much time researching cars and would jump when a car met my criteria. Some of the cars were sold by time I arrived. Literally, I called to check availability and then it was gone 45 minutes later. Or it looked great in pictures and on the Carfax, but then was trashed, had unreported damage, etc.
I had little hope I'd find a car especially after a very challenging couple years. Finally, I saw several online at Bose and scheduled a visit. After taking a deeper look, I narrowed it down to one.
Again Mike took care of me. He went above and beyond, kept me in the loop about the status of the car and honored my interest in the car waiting for me to line up what was needed. He made a tough couple years a little brighter.
I love my ride! Thank you Bose!

This review has been looong overdue as I purchased a car with the back in September last year (2023). All the folks at Bose Motors were nothing short of hospitable, professional, and knowledgable. They sold me a 2005 Lexus LS430, and I've been loving it since buying from them!!! Please check them out when you have the time and/or interested in buying a car! I've unfortunately had my fair share of horrific car dealership experiences, so this was a breath of fresh air. I appreciate their business so much. Best of luck to their businesses, families, friends, etc.!

Called up Bose Motors and spoke to Mike about a truck I wanted and got his assurance it would be worth the travel to come take a look. Hopped on an Amtrak the next morning and into this 2014 Ram 1500 a few hours later. After handing him the check I drove it 2 hrs home without any problems. It has now been a week and no complaints just compliments from those I know! Price was great

I had a really good experience at Bose Motors buying a 2011 BMW 528i in February 2024. I found the car on cars dot com and their website. I live 3 hours away so I called and spoke with Mike and he confirmed it was on the lot and answered all my questions. My wife and I traveled over the next day and purchased the car. I found Bose Motors when looking for a Lexus, and they happened to have a 2013 that was in stock. Mike, the head salesmen, is by definition, a people person. He's a reasonable man with good interpersonal skills. I had previously been to 4 different dealerships the week before and all had very poor salesmen. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Mike with a smile on his face and a good attitude. The car was already prepared for a test drive and I knew the car was quality as soon as I left the lot. It had 145k miles on it but it looked and felt brand new. The price was very reasonable for the quality and we came to a final agreement right away. Everything just felt right when I purchased the car. Mike even gave me some pocket money after it all. He is a genuinely good man, which is hard to come by at dealerships. I appreciate him and the whole staff for an excellent car buying experience. If you are looking for a quality dealership without the premium price, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car.

Our family buys most of its cars hare. Trustworthy and honest, and a good deal on the cars. I just got a RAV4 there and it turns out one headlight was out so they replaced it there on the spot before I drove off.

Bought a car from them yesterday, super nice and helpful people. And really great prices for such a sturdy car.
Also their dog, Cam, deserves to be employee of the month, every month of every year.
