We have been bringing our cars here since we moved to the area almost 5 years ago. Everything from new tires, oil changes, tire rotations and fixing my sun roof. Recently we brought my husbands car in to diagnose why the check engine light was on. Dropped off at 8am. Got to 4:30 and hadn't heard anything. We called and were told they were still diagnosing. Tuesday at 4:30 rolls around and haven't heard. We called and they told us the issue and that they had started to work on it without our permission. We only wanted the diagnoses. 3.5 days after dropping our car off & $1,600 later (majority labor alone). POOR communication as we had to continuously call and rearrange our work/car schedule for 3.5 days. When we asked if they could help lower the cost Bernie claimed they already had and when asked about the poor communication he admitted that was wrong and apologized but that was it. They have not only lost our business, but our local families as well. We are huge local business supporters but we will no longer support this local business and will go elsewhere. It is a shame because up until this costly expense that they did not ask our permission to continue to fix, we hadn't had any issues.

Had a front wheel alignment done on my f150. They charged me for a 4 wheel alignment and then charged me $159 to clean threads on a bolt and add 2 washers when the bolt should have been replaced. This place is not a honest business and will take advantage of you and you finances. My truck drove ok for 2 days and now needs to go in for another alignment. Take your money elsewhere. Youll have better luck at a ally mechanic.Service: Wheel alignment

Bill's Auto is Trustworthy- and I believe this is the most important consideration for an auto repair business. I'm no mechanic and there have been many times when I have anticipated major work/cost- and have been pleasantly surprised when Bernie or Scott let me know that only a minor repair was needed. The second most important factor is expertise/knowledge - and in this area I have had great experiences. I've also recommended Bill's to family and friends -and all have thanked me for connecting them with this business.Services: Tires

Brought my truck in with an evap leak, told Scott what I knew about the issue, he told me to shut up and not to tell him how to do his job. He insisted on doing his own ecu scan(which I had already done), charged me for it, and told me what I already knew. If my knowing that you're trying to rip me off is insulting or offensive to you, you need an attitude adjustment, Scott. Everyone else who works there is great, avoid that guy.
