“I initially bought my battery online to be installed at Tinley Park, but when I arrived, they ended up not having it. So the employee called the Homewood location & I drove there for the battery since they had it in stock. There were two men working at the time, They were both very nice, and they were ready right away when I arrived. The one who installed my battery (I didn’t catch his name) was wearing clear glasses, so I want to give a special thank you to him for installing it quickly and without any problems. I was afraid at first because I had to pay an extra fee for a “difficult” battery installation on my car, but he was able to install it correctly and I’m not having any problems so far. Both employees working at the time (01/17/24 @ 9:30am) were very nice though so thank you both for making this a relatively simple process!”

“The staff at this location is simply elegant. Respectfull, attentive, courteous, good looking...etc etc. Store is well stocked, clean and merchandise is neatly organized. I am a regular customer and also neighbor, while i was doing my regular daily excercise behind the store earlier today, I noticed the staff were preparing some food. The smell was intriguing and mesmerasing at the very least. I approached cautiously and asked a member of the staff if today is a customer appreciation day. Lord and behold, the answer was a yes. I got myself together and went to the back to be little bit closer to the mesmerising smell of the food. While i was enjoying the smells, i couldnt help it but to have my way to the sweet cheeseburgers that was being prepared. I grabbed the buns, and some neatly sliced onions and some slices of ripe tomato, and made myself a double cheeseburger. I packed it in a to-go box and started heading back home. I coudnt wait till i get hometo taste it, so i decided to grab a bite while i was on the way. I opened the box slowly and grabbed the cheeseburger with both of my hands as the fine juices were dripping from the sides of the bun, and the smell of it was filling up my car...long story short, the food was amazingy delecious I got hypnotized and decided to go back and help myself to two more cheeseburgers........I highly recommend you do business at this location. You wont be disappointed.”

“Corey (Cory?) is a very helpful and smart individual. We spoke on the phone a few times for a serpentine belt kit. When I came in store for something unrelated on a different day, Corey remembered who I was and even updated me on the status of the belt kit shipment without even asking. Unfortunately, it has been over 10 days since I was told the kit would be there. Kit still has not arrived. The store associates are very helpful and professional. If i could rate Corey, he earned the 5 stars.”

I called the Oak Lawn store I've always gone to and was assisted by "Avi." He was patient as I explained I sought a higher end battery for my 25 year old Mercedes SL500. Not only was he quick to check stock and confirm he did have the battery your website reported wasn't in stock locally to me, but he also informed me of the dates the battery had arrived onto his shelves. Avi informed me of the store hours and said if I was going to be arriving near closing, I just needed to let him know. I arrived within 30 minutes and all went well as he provided me with my battery.
