Always good sales. Staff changes frequently so don't get use to a sales associate that provided great service because on your next visit it's all new associates.

White lady with green in her hair was rude to me. She and another white girl with black hair was talking about me when I turned around. I don’t know their names but the young girl told me I couldn’t exchange a hand soap I was picking up for a different one. She was lying the agent online for bath and body says they do exchanges. She needs to be fired. I spend my money in there all the time and don’t deserve that kind of service.

Never been to a bad Bath & Body Works. Very clean and organized store. Not overly crowded and plenty of staff. Employee on the floor was very helpful, and she pointed us to what we needed/wanted.This is next door to GNC, but it's night and day. I imagine on big sale days this smaller store can get crowded and you would for sure bump into people.Cashier was friendly and all smiles. Appreciate the service.
