I have not had a bad experience since I just recently opened a new account . everyone in this bank was very helpful. I did not experience anything but greatness. I would highly recommend it. Great customer service. I didn’t have an appointment and I was taking care of as a walk-in right away.”
“On most days they only have one teller at desk inside an on drive up. If they only would have let's say two tellers at each station it'd go quicker. Other then that this is my main branch I go to.”

“It is a good bank. What I don't like is that they put the checks on hold for a long time, up to 2 weeks. You talk on the phone and they tell you that the check is under review. and the bank already has the money in its possession. So at that time they use it and you can't use your money. that's not good at all???”
