The staff is great. I was impressed with my initial call that I came by the next day to discussed getting sounds. Sam was very informative and helpful. Talked some more and scheduled my appointment the following week. So far I'm satisfied with everything. I'm also happy to know they back their work and that I can call if any problems should arise. Definitely recommend.

Amazing team!!The knowlegde that these guys have about cars and all the tech that can be added is amazing. Had door speakers and a subwoofer installed. Very fast installation, and the fine tuning is perfect. Very happy with my speakers and the quality work they have done for me.

Not sure if they want stereo repair or installation business. I have an occasional problem with my stereo, maybe the amp. They want $45 per quarter hour just to diagnose. $180 for an hour. Oh, he says there's a lot of wires and stuff. Has no idea, not even an experienced troubleshooter's hunch. They must do enough remote starters and alarms.

I called yesterday and was told to come in so they could see the car in order to explain the best options for a car alarm and remote start. Cal is very detailed when explaining things and answered all of my questions. I had a few of them since my Kia was almost stolen recently. He explained all options and and let me know I could add to what I selected. Made an appointment to come back this morning and they were done within the time frame promised. Price is comparable to what other shops had quoted but I was able to get in right away. Took time to show me how everything worked. So glad I called. CAL IS AWESOME. Highly recommended.

I lost my key fob with remote start to my 2003 Caravan about 2-3 years ago. On a whim I stopped into Automotive Concepts on Thursday Afternoon. The gentleman said have a seat we'll open the dash and have a look. My system was from 1999, but he was able to come up with a remote that worked for my car. Genius!!! Thank you so much guys.

The equipment placed in my vehicle looks as though it was originally part of the vehicle (very neat job). Sam is magnificent at finding what works for you and keeping you informed. All things were tested to make sure they work correctly. If there is something out of sync, Sam is willing to fix the issue and help out however he can. I'm sure you all will love this place.
