Lazy lazy lazy. All I know is these guys turned down free money when I went to them. To their credit they did not charge me for work they didn't or wouldn't or couldn't do. That is a rare honesty, and very much appreciated. But I was disappointed they had no interest in helping solve my problems, or even performing some simple mindless remove and replace work when I was ready and willing to pay them for their expertise.
