Pharmacist they make trouble for you If you try to get your medication here?
don’t go there ?
Thwy will mess up your insurance! they gave me part of my medicine without mentioning it and I am not able to get rest of me my prescription somewhere else because my
Insurance doesn’t approve it anymore!
Rude pharmacist unprofessional pharmacist
I wish someone can stop them from making hard time for patients who’s trying to get their medication here!

I was unable to obtain my dollar off because the worker was rude and talked down to me as I struggled to collect my words. Try a little humility and respect!

We purchased a puzzle for my mother in law for Christmas. The store hasn’t recieved an order for a puzzle in a long time. Tae was extremely nice and professional. She said to give her a few minutes to try and make sure that everything was good. She didn’t make it seem like I was a bother . She wanted to make sure that she got it taken care of and that it was done correctly. She was so kind and made sure it was a pleasant environment! Thank you for making sure it was done correctly! It was beautifully done :)

I was a customer this night the 9/13 and I had bought a box an a boy that was working their jus kept flipping over the box kept touching it all you need to do is scan it and put it in a bag didn't even put it in a bag

Called to ask about a prescription and within 5 seconds was told nope not in stock, and an excuse about checking on FRIDAY (spoiler, that was days ago.) ?

Don't usually have issues with this store. But the employees and especially the young man named Marcello need to be alittle bit more polite and courteous to the customers instead of staring at his phone the entire time watching videos while checking people out at the register

New owners.... and they seem to have no clue on how to run a Walgreens? The checkout line is always 20 min wait it's so long now.. seems to be run by family owners.. butvthey need to hire experience people.. I will never go to the crest hill location again.. all the products on shelf looks like a gas station shelf

Wow never thought that walgreens customer service could be rude the first time i came here they thought i was robbing and ask to look at my reseat even after looking at it they kicked me out 2nd time my sister went to the bathroom i opened the door a little bit to ask if my sister was ok and the same women from last time yelled at me and told me if she needs to escort me out like last and said that i did something i didn't i hate this place would prefer to your other local Walgreens

The pharmacy is a joke. Depending who's on shift, depends if I get my medication or not. My meds get shipped from Northwestern pharmacy and they constantly "didn't receive " my meds when the sending pharmacy clearly says its been delivered. They're just to lazy too look or do their do diligence.

I went in to print two peel and stick posters, and because I have a little over a thousand pictures saved onto my phone I had to wait a long time for them to upload to the computer - not an issue just technology, it was impulse decision to get photos with my girlfriend then and there. After waiting about 35 minutes for the pictures, we selected two for adhesive posters and completed the order. Waited another twenty minutes for pickup, but they could not give us our posters because they realized the order canceled itself because they were out of adhesive poster media. There was never any notification of this and we wasted about an hour of hour time.
