This is the worst detail shop. They didn’t even touch my inside doors. The carpet still had dirt spots. I told him that I could get it cleaner than that. I went home and cleaned it and took it back to show him. He ask me what did I use. He didn’t take any accountability for the lack of service.

My windshield was cracked at the Creat Hill, Illinois location while being serviced. I have pictures, yet the owner and manager refuses to accept responsibility and not pay for the damages. Avoid this place by any means necessary.

These people do not care about providing satisfactory service. My car still had crumbs everywhere and their rags left white lint all over my black interior. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else!

I wouldn't recommend this place, I went to get a car wash and they missed a lot of spots for the time they took to do it. I read a review saying is the best Hand Car Wash in Town, I could just imagine how bad the other places are.

There is no other place around to get a hand wash. This is not a machine - no machine to possibly scratch or damage your car. Expect to wait, they have to do it by hand, each car in line.

Sudsational is the best car wash in town. They hand wash your vehicle here no drive through a machine. It does take some extra time but it is definitely worth the wait. My car looked like new when they were finished. Sudsational is the only place I go for a car wash. Great job.

Tech was in a big hurry, didn't clean windows and didn't run through dryer so it was all spotted. Had to clean windows myself when I got home. Not worth the 23$.
