Save your pet and yourself! I do NOT recommend. I was so pleased at first for the quick appointment because our other groomer was not available... Not only was I stressed out from the arrogant service, and hearing all of the conditions for accepting me as a client, when our dog came home she was whimpering and bleeding from her butt. It was alarming to see that much blood! It was dripping all down her back side, apparently from too much stress. If you'd like to see photos or the report from our vet please message me. We have been to many groomers in our dog's lifetime and have never experienced anything like this before. I spoke with our previous groomer and they said it was most likely because they were not attentive enough to her needs or they were too rough with her. We are trying to be fair to this groomer, because it's not an easy job, and we don't know for sure what exactly happened there, but we still strongly feel the need to post this as this was extremely concerning, and animals don't have a voice!!

Wow! Just called to inquire about grooming services for my newly adopted cat who’s 4 and has been groomed before. She asked us information about our cat, his age, where we got him from and why we wanted to groom him to which we answered that we just adopted him recently and want him groomed. She literally just said “I CANT TAKE HIM” and hung up. Rude! Very very rude! We’ve called several places for grooming and when they can’t take a cat in they say it politely. This is our second cat and we’ve had our first cat for so many years and she’s 14 so we’re experienced at this. This is the first time we’ve experienced this. If she’s like this with us I wonder how she’ll be with our beloved pets. Very unacceptable!

Rude staff… just simply asked about cat grooming service and she changed her mind suddenly and said “I’m sorry honey I can’t do it” and hung up the phone.

We had a very positive experience with them. They told me how much it would cost. They called and told me Benny was matted and would require a shave down ( I knew by the way) so I really appreciate the head up of the extra charge. And he end up looking very handsome just what I was expecting.
