Whoever was running the store today was a, well, I'm not going to mince words, he was a piece of trash human. He better watch out because in this day and age seems like people can sue over anything... And yeah, I would say a wrongful accusation of a crime committed would constitute defamation or something... I'm not going to get a lawyer involved... however I am going to call Shell corporate and share my story.Synopsis: My vehicle overheated and broke down, only reason I was here, was b/c I was waiting for a tow truck. I made the mistake of walking inside with a Red Bull in my hand (I was literally just at another store buying food/drink prior to this, so I just was carrying it.)I said hello when I walked in, mentioned about my vehicle being broken down, and told him "hey by the way, this Red Bull I walked in with" because I didn't want him to God forbid think that I stole it. NOPE! WHY BOTHER TRYING TO BE DECENT WHEN MOST PEOPLE, NOT EVEN A STORE CLERK WILL BE DECENT BACK?? THIS ARROGANT PIECE OF TRASH PROCEEDED TO ACCUSE ME OF STEALING. ASKED TO SEE THE CAN OR SCAN IT OR SOMETHING?? THEN SAID HE SAW ME WITH MY HANDS IN MY POCKETS... OKAY LIKE WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR POINT GUY, IT'S 30° OUT OF COURSE WE HAVE OUR HANDS IN OUR POCKETS... YOU DON'T JUST ASSUME STUFF LIKE THAT, YOU SIR ARE DESPICABLE, GO CHECK YOUR CAMERAS I DIDN'T STEAL ANYTHING FROM YOU BUT I CERTAINLY WON'T EVER SPEND A DIME HERE!! YOU PICKED THE WRONG PERSON TO SCREW WITH TODAY!! BECAUSE......I'm going to post this on as many platforms as I can. Nobody's going to accuse me of stealing and just go on about their day and business as if that's acceptable.

By far the worst since allowing the younger guys work at night makes up rules as the day goes. The car wash never works everything is old and stale. Gas included half the pumps don't even work.

Horrible employee's they had an attitude and the tossed the plastic bag at me for me to put my items in without saying a word. Lucky I didn't stick him oh then continued to talk crap in his language to his buddy.

The pump was run down and dirty. I could barely read the screen. The window wash fluid was dirty ran water. The squeegee was broken. The car wash advertises a $3 was but machine will tell you unauthorized. Owner is basically a slumlord.

Stop here to get fuel. Pump kept stoping and when I went inside I was told to take off the nozzle and put it back in, so I did. It didn't work and when I went back inside the guy was like well move to another pump so I asked if I had to buy another car wash to get the discount and the old man said yeah he said he couldn't help me with that! This isn't the first time it happens but the other times I was given the discount and everything even when I moved to a different pump. I'm never using this gas station again !

$2 minimum on credit to cover your credit?1st- we consumers don't carry cash-2nd- to impose a 2$ minimum without any signs available is wrong and unethical & then to tell me it's store policy without any written policy is wrong.3rd- I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.4th- thorton is across the street and they'll be more than happy to take my business.

Always more than across the street. Sometimes the 'with wash' price is close, but it's always more. Unfortunately, this is the only place you can access when going northbound on Weber, so sometimes, we end up here.
