Rudy has checked out and it shows. There is no customer service or communication. Many temporary employees Many costly errors on their part. I want to warn everyone about my bad experience. Not the company I want handling my taxes anymore.

I have been a happy customer of Rudy’s for many years referring friends- until now. He hired unqualified help during the busy season and takes no responsibility for there work.He filed in the wrong state and gave incorrect information.He apologized and then ignored me for months. He then charged me to correct there mistakes and was rude and condescending. Acts like they don’t care anymore. Please read other reviews.

RUDE. takes no responsibility for his staff. hires unqualified help during tax season than charges you to fix there mistakes. .He is condescending ,insulting & unprofessional! I was a client for many years and will never use him again. He doesn't care about his individual clients anymore. STAY A WAY!

I just want to give a review about my experience at Rudy’s Luevano tax. I have been going to him for about 15 years and can’t say enough good about him!! He was always so good, however, he retired and the staff there now is so rude I can’t believe it! They are nowhere near as good as Rudy!

He messed up on my fiancés taxes which didn’t allow me to claim my daughter on my taxes. Then he owned up to his mistake and said as soon as my tax return hits my account he will amend the taxes and add my daughter. Then day came and he refused to amend them right away saying I had to wait until April. Now it’s end of April and nothing was done yet. And now he his away from his office until may. Very very unprofessional! It is now May and still no word from him. His office is also unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend him to do your taxes. First and last time I ever deal with him.

beware !!!!!! do not use them! social security numbers stolen personal credit destroyed instant tax audit never able to collect stimulus never received tax refunds we are beung sued for owing, when we should get returns they will not help fix the hell they have caused evil, heartless, theives total nightmare

Just horrible!!! Lisa, Rudys wife, went into the mytax portal for my business and removed me as an administrator when I chose to do business elsewhere, after 30yrs.

I am the treasurer of the rhs band boosters. we are a not for profit organization that sole purpose is the help and guide kids through there musical careers. Rudy Luevano office does our taxes and instructed us to mail our 2020 tax return in. it was rejected by the irs because it had to be efiled not mailed as instructed. this mistake resulted in a 1340 penalty. which we were forced to pay because we were ignored and never was contacted regarding the error. our organization was treated very unprofessuonally and cast aside as not important.
