Went here the other day and the service was great. Food was cooked great. Ordered tenders, fries and mac and cheese. Fries were cooked perfect and the tenders were freshly cooked. You could tell they werent sitting for some time. This location was recommended to me months ago and it has been my goto location because of the quality of food compared to some other locations.

I hate the inconsistency of this location. Sometimes it's good, most times it's not. I went a couple days ago to treat myself after not having it for a while and I don't know what happened but the chicken was completely unseasoned and bland. I was so disappointed? I feel forced to go other locations now...

They are so rude at this location their attitude was horrendous . I was trying to place my order and the lady kept ignoring me and. I went to the pay window I noticed my total was way higher than it should’ve been and she said okay so you don’t want it ? And rolled her eyes and slammed the door shut . Completely uncalled

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person taking the order did not speak English & couldn’t communicate with me. We went over my order so many times. The chicken was completely tasteless! Popeyes has always had the best breading anywhere & tonight it was terrible. There was little to no gravy on the mashed. I don’t normally write reviews but if this is the way this Popeyes will be moving forward, I’ll go elsewhere.

A lot of miscommunication in this place, I ordered a large size of mash potatoes and they gave me beans and rice. I went inside of the store and is a chaos! I’m not sure if they are understaffed but there is a lot of miscommunication going on with everybody, they need more organisation.

This will be my absolute last time here I watched the workers give out free drinks and food to there ppl it’s really sad I asked for fresh chicken so manger said I had to wait 20 mins I did patiently and she asked me to pay ? 0. 20 cents for sauce but gave Julio free chicken a box he paid for nothing and the lady with him got drinks I’m over how all the locations are letting other minorities take over what others built what happened to the African American lady that started the chain did she sell the company this is it for me I’m not supporting the shame of a place that treat us like dirt ?

Terrible service from your employees today I had to cancel my order because I placed it online and when I got there to pick it up they told me that I have to line up to pick up behind all the people who are going to orderI was in there for 10 minutes and my order was never there.Why do they offer online ordering if you still have to take a turn when you arrive at the restaurant?
