Good customer service ends at the door in Crest Hill. The rest of the service is done by plain faced robots. Sorry but I hate going in there and only do so when I can't do something online.
As of yesterday I take that back. At the door, I was rudely informed that it wasn’t possible to print an activity report with a URL at the bottom which was being required for my mortgage approval. After getting the lender on the phone, a solution was given to the as of yet unhelpful employee who was being pressured to put down her novel and help me. I really need to find another bank location.

Terrible service, ATM doesn't work, sometimes only able to withdraw or deposit, get in and I was not able to get MY cash back because a TDVL is not valid..... but they can have my money... I will close my account as soon as I can

ATM will suck your money up and when you try to get your money back they will tell you you don’t bank here it’s nothing we can do and blame it on the company that service the machines. Anytime we ask for a manager they claim he’s on vacation or in a meeting. I have never received a call back. Use their ATM at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!

Stay far away from this branch! Their atm “dispensed” my money and took it right back in! They refused to give me my money inside. It was not a small amount either!
They also stated that it happened to multiple customers today and still chose to keep that atm open with no warning what so ever!
AGAIN STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!

Not open when their posted times say they are open. When they are open, staff is nice enough but just not enough of them. Trading at $154 a share and can’t spend anything on staff. I’d say I’d switch banks but it’s the same everywhere. Banking in general these days is a one star experience.

I drove to this location to open an account. They close at 6:00 it was 4:55 and the lady on her phone said “sorry I’m about to leave come back tomorrow. “ luckily there is other banks that took me. Of course NOT PNC

The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with hands now they operate as if they are a local mom and pop branch but they claim to be able to contain with BOA and Chase never in 1 million years will they be on that level
