Had a broken panel on a double-pane vinyl window at my home and was expecting to have to replace the entire unit; but Nick assured me he could repair it like new for a fraction of the cost and he certainly came through. He came out quickly to quote the repair, had the replacement panel ready within a few days, and made the repair quickly and hassle-free for me. The window looks absolutely perfect and it cost exactly what he quoted me (again, a fraction of a replacement). He was never anything but professional, punctual and courteous... you might not be able to find a nicer person to do business with! He even helped me source the parts to repair a few broken latches on other windows within my house. Amazing work! The company went above and beyond what they needed to. Windows that would have taken normally a week to two to get were in within a day and my glass block windows were replaced first thing the following day. Highly recommended company. Good prices also.

He was the only block window co to answer the phone on a Saturday Morning!..customer service friendly and answered all my questions!...although he could not do an installation in Chicago, joliet block did give me a referral to a company on chicago who would. ..Thank you for being a great example of what a 5 star company should be. .

We had Joliet Glass Block installed for basement windows in our old house and they looked absolutely gorgeous. Moved into a new house and had them do two more windows in our garage. I got same day estimate and window installation was sooner than I expected and done in one day. We will be having all our basements done in future. Again I’m very pleased with the work and staff. I highly recommend Joliet glass block!!!

I had inadvertently broken a window at my residence. I spoke with Nick who came out extremely quick to take a look at the window. Within a week, the new window had came in. Nick came out the next day and installed it in less than a half hour. Excellent craftsmanship and even better customer service. Should the need arise in the future I will definitely use Joliet Glass. High recommended!
