HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE WOMAN WORKING THERE HAS AN AWFUL ATTITUDE, ON TOP OF DEALING WITH A HORRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT WE HAD TO DEAL WITH HER MISERABLE PERSONALITY. She was beyond rude. We will make sure EVERYONE we know, knows to NEVER use them for anything!

The lady is so disrespectful over the phone. She is rude! That business is a rip off! The police had my aunt's vehicle towed there after an accident. They want over 400 dollars to take it out. I believe what they are doing is illegal! I will find out if Jim's auto body shop has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. That rude woman will not allow her to get her belongings out of the car.

Maybe this guy does great work, but I wouldn't know, I was in an accident and they towed my car here then said it would be a free estimate but they don't know when the guy will show up because he is not there everyday, when you do call you get the most ignorant woman on the phone, she has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life, she will hang up on you, Rush through info so fast you can't write it fast enough then tell you she gave it to you already, she was even just as rude to a third party person from a dealership who shook his head in disbelief on her behavior. This was from the first call to the last over a period of couple weeks, this is not her having a bad day she has a bad attitude overall. Run from this place, there are plenty of other places in the area to use, and if they show up after an accident have them tow it to your home and pay the extra to take it elsewhere maybe this review won't change the way they run a business but maybe save a few people from having the headache of dealing with this business..

Don't go here. A close relative of mine had a stroke while driving and totaled his vehicle. He went to the hospital, his vehicle went here. The stroke/accident happened on a Thursday night. Family went to see about the vehicle on Monday morning. With the condition of the vehicle and the driver, we knew he would never be driving again. Family asked if they could retrieve his wheelchair and personal items from the vehicle. The owner demanded $545 for towing and storage. Family immediately said that given the condition of the vehicle and driver that we would just be happy to sign over title. The driver does not have the wherewithal to pay this fee and is frankly lucky to be alive. I offered to settle for something less than the full amount and pay immediately out of my pocket. Jim's Body Shop didn't care. They must have their $545 before we can retrieve his wheelchair and personal items. Don't go here.
