This living room set did not seem to be available anywhere else, so I was a little apprehensive, but it surpassed my expectations! The business owner provided me with a good discount, so I was impressed with the deal. I have had it for a few months, and it has held up well. As for the customer service, there was one piece damaged when it arrived, but they were very courteous and replaced it within a week. I am very appreciative of this good experience.

Ibrahim was, bar none, the best salesman I've ever dealt with for furniture. Incredibly knowledgeable, endlessly patient with an ever growing set of questions, conscientious, candid about the reality of any given choice, and kind. No pressure, but available and works hard to make it happen. Great place.

I purchased an Arched bed for my new home. To say the pics were deceiving is an understatement. The bed is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The quality of the bed is heirloom. A piece that is solid, well made, and something to be handed down to future generations. The level of service by Ibrahim and his team is simply SECOND TO NONE. I received nothing but pure professionalism and absolute service. I will only purchase my furniture at Home Essentials from now on!!
