This is the second time coming here. It will be the last. First time , car didn't get clean and the person let us go again, but car was still dirty. Today we paid for the $15.00 car wash and had to come home and rewash the car to get the bird crap off .Don't come here if you want a clean car when done.

Was in a 6 car pile up in the tunnel Saturday morning 1 of the reasons they send the cars to close to one another still not sure who's at fault either way they should have a automatic shutdown if a car accidentally gets put on park there should be some type of sensor that senses a car not moving police were called and said that the car wash is responsible for damages still waiting for the owner to get back to me supposedly owners waiting on the footage it shouldnt 5days to pull up footage

Worse encounter I've ever had with an employee, some guy on night shift. The guy yelled at me because I didn't turn quick enough for him and I never went off the track one time. I looked at him with total disdain and he got the message and walked away. Definitely should not be interacting with folks if you're going to take your day out on paying customers whos money goes towards your salary. I absolutely will not be returning there for a car wash until his time there has expired for sure and I've been a customer there for years. I could tell through the window when I arrived how he was instructing the car in front of me that he doesn't like his job very much. People like that need to be behind the scenes, not the face of a business. Not getting my money for that kind of service! The wash was great though, my car is nice and shiny!

Sure the car was cleaner than when I came. Still could see dirt and water spots on the windows. And the vacuums. Had to search around to find some that were not all jammed up and the ones that were not that great suction. Was first time going there and probably the last

Been coming here a couple years now and the monthly subscription is well worth it especially in winter. A few months back there was a clerical error and I was being charged for my and another persons account. Long story short, I went in angry, upset, and had bit of an attitude. The staff remained professional, calm, poised and corrected the clerical error. I left happy and feeling a little embarrassed for losing my cool while they did not. Thank you
