This place is ok I just find the prices on some things to be to high and I’m not a fan of the wigs especially the ones marked 30 % off they typically are cheap and they shed and I hate wigs that shed

Best beauty supply around! Staff is very helpful and friendly to me each and every time I go in. I’m new to braids and the gentleman in the back is very knowledgeable and happy to help and answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this shop!! 5⭐️

The guy (owner assuming) and another sales guy was talking at the counter as I walked in neither greeted me but continued with their conversation, I wasn’t bothered until a few seconds later I heard the door bells sound and they both said hello so friendly like….I looked back and a caucasian woman had walked in (her and I are the only customers in the store). Im a black female so you draw your own conclusion as to how I felt. Even when I made my purchase at the counter did he say hello or thank you. I will NEVER spend another dime there!!!

Sales girls are very helpful and they get 5stars. The owner was rude and tried to put me behind other customers because he did not want to return his cheap dry hair that tangled and fizzed. When i tried to purchase other items for an exchange he was watchful but not helpful. He has alot of nerve denying the consumer fair trade act in America . Don't shop in this store the owner devalues people of color .Just attempt to make a return he's Smiling faces entering that dust trap and Mr. Hyde if you ask for a refund!
