When I walked in no one even greeted us and I assumed the receptionist (I wish I got her name but she did not have a tag on) was on the phone so we started to look around. Then when I saw her start talking to another employee I walked over and checked in then she told me my appointment was earlier, when I showed her my text confirmation she said those are sent out by corporate and not handled by them. I couldn't believe I was the one being treated so inconveniently when I made the appointment, showed up at my confirmed time, no apology for the mix up, nothing. Did say they would fit us in between patients but could not give me a timeframe for that and we had plans that afternoon. So we ended up leaving. On a positive note, I will say though when I called later in the afternoon to ask for the hold on my insurance to be removed I spoke to a Sean and he was very nice and professional and within 10 minutes I was able to get access to it. So thank you Sean for that. Some people are made for working in Customer Service/Sales and some are not....and a simple apology would have made this entire review very different.

Entire staff was awesome. Dr. Lietz and Josephine who helped me pick out my frames were the very best. Would definitely recommend my friends and family visit this location.

Took my eye exam 2 weeks ago. I had to come in today to order contacts. They didn’t have my insurance info. They were about to run me through another eye exam after I told them I did this already and all I need to do is order contacts. I don’t know how I wasn’t able to do it over the phone. I was told I had to come in. It was a waste of my time to do this.

The office experience was great as usual.The Pre-visit notifications, while helpful, were MANY. I received a robo-call, and in-person call, a text, email, AND a post card in the USmail! Surely one or 2 of these alone would suffice to confirm my appointment.

We love Dr Lietz. Been patients of his for over 10 years. However will not return due to pricing and office staff. Was charged a different price for a contact exam than we have in the past. Office staff first blamed insurance and couldn't explain the charges. When questioned further their response was that we've been undercharged for years. That's not my fault and the expectation and precedence was set by what we were previously charged. The office staff were rude and offered no solution or compromise to the situation. This was very upsetting and disappointing to be treated this way as loyal customers. Because of this, we will not be back, which is a loss of 4 patients of over 10 years.

I've picked up "New" pair of glasses that were broken for my 5 year old. Went in spoke to Tim, he said he was office manager and owner he was very rude and unpleasant to speak with, he was expecting my 5 year old wear broken glasses. I told him it wasn't safe for my son to wear broken glasses He kept making all sorts of hand movements and raising his voice wish i told him he was was making me feel very uncomfortable and started arguing saying he was the only one in office no other employees were available. He wanted to give me used samples from in house again. I asked to order new ones, he was very upset didn't even want to ask for my information.

The Dr. Was so amazing with my 4 year old! He made her laugh and feel very comfortable! He made the experience very enjoyable. The other worker was great as well! She was very nice! Great customer service!
