Small family business who really care about you. I worked specifically with Rita, who helped me during a stressful time. I had no idea what I was doing and she walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. Long story short, I felt like they really cared about me and took me under their wing for a great price. Thank you again!!!

I was told i could pick up my property after an accident and was subsequently denied. They hold your property hostage while pending insurance claims. Don’t listen to what they say for face value.

Just picked up my family minivan after the wife smacked a large snow barge at the end of our drive way. Don personally fixed us right up, quickly and at a very fair price. Both times dropping the vehicle off and picking up the place was packed, telling you immediately that this is a guy that does good honest business. Highly recommend!

By far the best experience I have ever had with any body shop or mechanic. Rita and Don were completely understanding of my situation and were able to work with me to make this problem more affordable, easy, and stress free. Especially because I am so jaded to how the car business is they were transperent with every step of the process. 10/10 will go back for any problems.

This guy has ZERO compassion and lives to rip off his customers! He charged $545 to tow my car 0.4 miles! Literally less than a half mile- this was confirmed with Google Maps.My car was stuck on a wall/ledge, he was called out by the Crest Hill police to pull it off. Both myself and the police thought I would be able to drive the car home however Don INSISTED that the car was likely not safe to drive. He scared me into letting him tow it to his shop (now I know why). He said there was probably damage to brake and fuel lines.If I would have drove the car home that night it would have been $100 cash for winching the car off the ledge.Upon pick up- he charged me $545 total! He said he charged 2 days storage fee which he did not disclose when he towed- the rest were trumped up charges. Keep in mind- he did NOTHING, other than pull off ledge and tow to his shop 0.4 miles away. He did not give any estimate or repairs.If anyone gets into an accident in Crest Hill and he happens to come out because it is who the police call- keep in mind you have the right to call your own tow truck. Save yourself a ton of cash and call your own tow-truck. I plan to do everything I can to get his police contract revoked. This was NOT an insurance reimbursement tow- this was coming out of my pocket and he did not care. He is a cash only business and an employee told me that a few of his employees get paid under the table as well- this shows he is not a legitimate business man.DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS!If you need body work- I highly recommend Greg’s Body shop in Joliet He is really a compassionate business owner who helped my daughter out when he did not need to- he IS a business man with compassion. BOYCOTT DON'S BODY SHOP CREST HILL! $545 for less than a half mile tow with a bunch of trumped up charges. His reason "I charge what the police say I'm allowed to charge". To me that says it all! He WOULD charge more if he could legally get away with it. Terrible person! Terrible Businessman. I dealt with the owner Don Slaboszewski
