Yes I took 2 bass off chips, the Italia Andy & a bunch of fuckheas must have seen it. I've been going here al.ost 8 years. It's not my fault my link didn't work!!!!!!! Horrible attitudes, rude.....help a long time customer help!!!! Jesus it's a dollar. Next time I'll come in there with no bag& if anyygives me crap, it's a wrap. Get your shit together .!!!!!!!!

Every time my son goes to the Dollar General on Theodore in Crest Hill, they are out of cat food.Poor management.

Purchased a large order which one of the items were batteries. When I got home I noticed they were not in my bag so I went back to the store with my receipt and presented it to the manager. She refused to give me my money back and would not replace the batteries either. However she was polite enough to point to the wreck of batteries for me to purchase another pack.

It's clean. Family Dollar is filthy and Dollar tree is usually a disaster - product everywhere. Like they can't figure out how to stock inventory.

Love how twice now in the middle of a Saturday the store is just randomly closed. How do you even stay within your sales projections if you randomly are closed a few Saturday each month. I didn't take a photo the first time but after driving over to find it closed again I felt someone should know what's going on there. See the photo -the employees here just don't care lol Also they don't even bother putting out the sale tag anymore at this one. If i stand towards the front I can get service enough to pull up the sales ad, but it's such a hassle because there is no service towards the back of the store: You never know what's on sale because they just don't even bother. Really frustrating

Horrible,slow service. Was told I couldn't use the washroom, in spite of a permanent sign on the washroom door stating to ask an employee for the key. The girl said customers could not use the washroom. I couldn't wait in that long line, so I left the $60+ items and left the store. I used the washroom in an adjacent store, even though I wasn't a customer. I will never shop in that Dollar General again. I have previously used washrooms in other Dollar General stores. Also, the store was extremely messy with many empty shelves and boxes of stock blocking some aisles. This is the worst Dollar General I've ever shopped in. Someone from the corporate office needs to visit that place.

This store is always low on stock very congested tight or small and things are always scattered everywhere.
