If I could give a half star I would. Malena is the rudest person ever. I thought the girl was trying to throw hands with me. Have never been treated with such disrespect from someone that's in customer service. I hope the Mgr jose deals with her accordingly. I have written a complaint to corporate as well.
Maria should be promoted to a Manger position. Not only did she try to back malena down she stayed calm and helpful through the whole process and solved my software issue that i initially came into store for. If it wasn't for her the situation most definitely would of escalated. To be continued...

My husband and I went to Cricket to update a phone for his Diabetes Sensor. We purchased a phone and were told we could return it in 7 days. My husband tried to return his phone in 2-1/2 days and was told he couldn't. He then noticed he was charged twice for a phone charger. He went back 3 times in 5 days. They would not refund his money. Then he noticed the price was covered with marker on his box that had the charger in it. The associated charged him more than the normal price for the charger. It took days to try to call anyone who could help us. We got the runaround like crazy. They accused us of getting 2 battery charges. They refused to check their cameras. so, If you want a place that will scam you, be rude to you, dismiss you and your concerns and treat you like your a nothing, This is the Place for you. If not, I suggest you stay clear of this Crest Hill Il location. My husband and I were still going to stay with Cricket at a different location, as we did not want to blame all of Cricket for the Crest Hill catastrophe. We have been doing business with Cricket for at least 15 years and for the most we have had good success. Now, they have lost a customer. I wish everyone felt like me. Maybe if they lost money, it would teach them a lesson in customer service and business. I would like to start a class act law suit if possible because I'm sure there are more victims out there. This place has treated us wrong I can't understand how we cannot get a $50.00 refund? We are only asking what is rightfully ours. It hurt me to give this place a 1 star.So today it's 09/13/2023 and the saga still lingers on. We reached out to Cricket per their response to my review. They are telling me the store has to help me. They can't help us. Now the store is saying the camera wasn't working on the days we went in there. They need to shut this location down. Was anyone else treated wrong and ripped off. This store literally ripped us off and Cricket is saying they can't help us. It grieved me to rate this location a 1

A Puerto Rican lady works there is very disrespectful and has no respect and don’t want to help At all and if u buy a electric esim they deactivate your phone and I also heard at the store that they take peoples money and charge extra monthly with cash I wouldn’t trust that store at all. It’s a fraudulent store right here in Crest Hill.

Spanish Manager was a lot of help, glad my mom went here and got her new phone with out hassle. She liked the Dog speaker he showed her and He offered to give her a discount along with the car charger. Incredible

I've been a cricket customer for some time now, and frequent this location in the past being very satisfied with the service and knowledge exhibited by the salespeople until yesterday. The salesperson didn't know anything. He had to make a phone call to someone (?) each time he had to make a decision. He asked to see my phone to see what I needed, but sold me the wrong equipment. When I came to return it, he said next time make sure I know what I needed since it is my phone. Really? I asked him what was his purpose for being here if not to assist a customer? He did not know how to make the exchange, the person on the phone just told him to ask me for the difference of the exchange, and no receipt was given for the new equipment. I was so frustrated that I allowed this to happen. If something happens to the equipment, I am willing to take the loss before dealing with him. I will never visit this Cricket location again. I am really considering a new provider.

Amazing experience, I really loved the process of switching my phone to cricket. Manager was very helpful and gave me great discounts on my case and protector. Highly recommend coming here

I was browsing and looking into getting phones for my kids and the rep that helped me was reading off paper and didn't know much about the device prices and specifics of the different models. I recommend going online or try another phone carrier altogether Happy Hunting?
