  The customer service is terrible.This bank is very unsecured. Anyone can open an account and then add you to his/her account, then transfer all your money from your savings account and take it ($13K+)! When you call the bank, they refuse to help you and ask you to find that thief yourself.

  I am one person that hates the general slow service of banks and do my banking online, and thru ATMs. I really appreciate that this location has 3 drive up ATMs outside! Never a wait!
