Horrible customer service! When I got there the first time, the lady gave me an attitude, the second time she did the same and I matched her attitude, the third time she was still giving attitude, she counted the money but never offered an envelope and she just left the money spread on the counter, she didn’t handle the money to us or anything. Customer service like these makes me want to change banks, thanks Maria!I’ll just rather drive 2 miles more to the Jefferson location

Had an appointment, but banker was off sick. Deanna R. asked what we were there for and even though she was busy and we didn't have an appointment with her went out of her way and completed our financial service. Thanks again appreciated it.

Listen, fix your dang atm machines. They’re always broken. It’s 2022, this shouldn’t be an issue. All the money chase has, and the customers can’t get an atm machine that’s in working condition. Nonsense.

Horrible bank, someone is withdrawing money from my account. Same teller Karel, have been to the bank more than once and nobody has done anything to investigate this issue. Horrible customer service. Maria and the manager had terrible attitudes. Hope my issue can be fixed. Would not recommend.

I generally have a policy of not writing negative reviews. If I don't like it, I just don't go back. I am making an exception for Chase though.The staff of this branch are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. My husband and I went there on a Friday night at 4:30pm to open a savings account (they close at 5pm). Keep in mind, we have had a checking account with them for over 15 years. They told us that they had no one there available to open the account and did not have the time. So, we left and came back the next day in the morning at opening and were told the same thing....by the bank manager no less. Do not waste one of your most precious commodities of time with this place. Go to the branch on Jefferson St. and ask for Jose A. Montes De Oca Morfin.

Save yourself a headache and don't visit this branch. Go to the Joliet Branch near Menards they are much more professional and customer oriented. They took care of my Business Checking account in 10 minutes when I was told it would take an hour at the Crest Hill Branch after they cancelled my appointment because they didn't have time..
