This branch has the most incompetent staff ever .First the teller said she would cash my $300. Money order but would charge me a fee and then stamped my money order and told me she couldn't accept it I had to go where I purchased it but she stamped it making it no longer valid ..I'm out $300. And the manager told me she was sorry she'll have a talk w the girl SMH DON'T USE THIS BRANCH !!!! THEY WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible customer service, I went to get something notarized and first they tell me 10 minutes then 45 minutes, even tho there was another person that could do it. This happen more the once. We have personal and business banking, is ridiculous talkative they can't help you it takes 3 minutes to do the notary.

Horrible customer service! When I got there the first time, the lady gave me an attitude, the second time she did the same and I matched her attitude, the third time she was still giving attitude, she counted the money but never offered an envelope and she just left the money spread on the counter, she didn’t handle the money to us or anything. Customer service like these makes me want to change banks, thanks Maria!I’ll just rather drive 2 miles more to the Jefferson location

Had an appointment, but banker was off sick. Deanna R. asked what we were there for and even though she was busy and we didn't have an appointment with her went out of her way and completed our financial service. Thanks again appreciated it.

Listen, fix your dang atm machines. They’re always broken. It’s 2022, this shouldn’t be an issue. All the money chase has, and the customers can’t get an atm machine that’s in working condition. Nonsense.
