As a resident on center street I don’t appreciate your employees parking cars on center so no residents have parking. This is one of your guys right? If this doesn’t stop by Monday July 1st the Joliet police department will handle this situation. I’m tired of this.

Don't recommend for engine work or anything big. I've only let em work on my exhaust & they did pretty good.

Brought my transit there because my breaks were squeaking and a check engine light was on. By the time they were done It cost was $2,300 and they did a tune up, struts , shoes, Front brakes oil change, cat conv and an alignment. Hardley any of that probably needed to be done. Got it back and it was shaking and slipping all over the place like they didn't tighten the lugs or something. Definitely wasn't like that before I brought it in. I took it back and they now say I need links, tie rods ball joints and another alignment and want to charge me another $875 minus the alignment to fix it. Me and my wife have used them for years but never again, I confuse cheap with quality but now they are neither. Never again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY DON'T HAVE IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WAY TO HIGH PRICES FOR ANY LABOR. YOU CAN GET IT WAY CHEAPER AT THE DEALER!!!!! Just a warning before you regret it.
Don't take your car here, you don't know what you're doing other than changing parts, it can be cheaper to do it at the dealer than here!!! The worst

First time coming to this shop and what a terrible experience. Paid $550 to fix an emission leak and gas hose leak which seems fine so far, but then as I'm driving off I go to roll up my window and it wasn't working. I called the shop to ask why my driver window isn't working and they tell me that's how it was when I dropped it off which is false. My driver window was working before I dropped my car off and I had the window closed so someone broke it and they wouldn't take responsibility. In the end they only offered to raise the driver window so it's closed, but I can't lower or raise it anymore.When I brought my car back in for them to fix the window and I was waiting, one of them brought a card out to me with an estimate on how much to fix the window and motor... First of all I can't believe that they let me drive off without any mention of the window not working, but then to give me an estimate to fix an issue that didn't exist before I brought my car in is crazy. I was hoping this would be my new shop for car issues but I can't trust them after this. Whether it was intentional or not they broke part of my car while I paid them to repair a completely different part of my car. Save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else.

Terrible place. Will take your money but not fix your car completely. My husband and I took our car here for a check engine light. $1300 to fix it. Check engine light came back on 5 days later. Took the car back. They wanted an additional $700 to fix a different part. They didn’t offer any explanation or offer to compromise on the cost. Why wasn’t the part that’s now needing fixed identified and fix during the first repair? Do not go here. Spend your money somewhere else where they will fix the car correctly the first time. Another mechanic fixed the issue for $200.
