“Been coming here a couple years now and the monthly subscription is well worth it especially in winter. A few months back there was a clerical error and I was being charged for my and another persons account. Long story short, I went in angry, upset, and had bit of an attitude. The staff remained professional, calm, poised and corrected the clerical error. I left happy and feeling a little embarrassed for losing my cool while they did not. Thank you”
