I have been with the dealer for years. I don't even remember what year the Nissan Versa released its first car. Two cars paid for. And since I have my explorer. I haven't had any problems. And now with another explorer no problem. Good service as well as the general manager Raul. And to make my payment the very friendly cashier. I recommended them twice and have not heard a complaint. Thank you Broadway Car Mas for everything. Blessings

BEWARE Just make sure you look at the Carfax and bring vehicle to a trustworthy auto shop before purchasing vehicle. most cars have been in accidents and or four OR more owners with mechanical issues. vehicles at Broadway CarMas are nothing but junk vehicles in my opinion and experience!!!

I would be careful when you buy a car and take your own mechanic to fully inspect the vehicles I had an avalanche that was a great truck but when I traded in for Escalade I invested money for front suspension after 1 month of having it and had no ac working truck had to many problems which they did help me with a deal but wasn’t worth it so I traded it in for another avalanche and it gave me problems. From the start of purchase the vehicle didn’t want start anymore so when I returned the vehicle they wanted me sign a paper stating that they tried to do everything to help me keep my truck but still was giving me the run around saying it was this or that and what I do to the vehicle but it was to avoid giving me deposit back for return so beware cuz they will not care about anything that’s wrong it really means that it’s your problem now so take your own mechanic and inspect vehicles take it from my experience take your money somewhere else that’s worth

The worst experience of my life, called a head of time to ask about the truck I purchased to see if they were set on the pricing the man told my husband he was willing to negotiate and told him a totally different price then what he offered me. Then when I initially walked away because he was asking for $1800 more than it’s worth with nothing inside the car but the radio and cd player working he called back and with a price I compromised with. Waited until I paid and signed all my paperwork to tell me he dropped the warranty because I only paid what it was worth. Now it broke down on me in the middle of me getting groceries with my 4 kids. I’ve never experienced this now I feel he took advantage of. I’ve had it for 8 days! Oh but the truck was very clean ?Should’ve took that extra 20 min drive to another car.

Had an absolute awful experience with car mas recently. I had a deal worked out on a used vehicle, had the purchase agreement faxed to my bank and signed for a new loan. I was told the car was mine the only thing I had to do was bring the cashiers check. The dealership was a few hours away so I even had a rental car paid for.I had an appointment to pick the vehicle up early the next morning, however, I get an email late that night (after they dealership was closed) informing me that the vehicle was sold to someone else because I didn’t put a deposit down.I was NEVER told about needing a deposit. It was never mentioned at all. I would have put money down no problem to hold the car but I was never given the option.This poor communication and customer service costs me money and time and I won’t get back. Save yourself the headache and avoid working with these sketchy salesman.(I didn’t use my real name for privacy reasons)
