Winter was SUPER helpful when telling me what was wrong with my car, was able to give me different prices depending on the tires I chose, and help me prioritize what I should get done asap and what can wait until the next payday. Stephen was the person that helped me when I came to pick up the car, and explained thoroughly what was done and what’s coming up next. Prices were reasonable, and my car is driving like she’s brand new again!”

“Service is good as bad as any is in the shop they try to get you. Could use more help though. I know it's hard to find real good mechanics cause you're a Lotta gypsies out there that think they're mechanics in or not and if they're not stealing stuff faster than they can work, I pity the guy who owns the shop and all you can do is try and find the best qualified people and sometimes that's a big job in itself pretty good value for your money. Waltz usually write on the money with the problem and he does what he can to save you a dollar and I've always respected them for that. There's a lot of mechanics out there. I don't trust but when he says it's bad whatever it is, it usually is we need somebody to go to make an appointment and have them look at your problem”

We knew we neglected some maintenance on it, they were very thorough in explaining any and all issues, most of which we knew was wrong. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and my husbands ‘07 Cadillac runs like brand new. We are so happy to have found an honest shop with courteous staff. Highly recommend!”
