I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel if you are a smoker I would advise you not to leave any type of rapper even if you smoke outside or don’t even bring anything in the building to be honest with you. They will charge you $250 and accuse you of smoking, when I talk to the supervisor, he said if you go outside and smoke, you can be in your car and you come back in and smell like it they will charge you…
Also, I believe that they sex traffic in this building as well and I’m also noticing that they are removing reviews

Unfortunately our stay was just ok. The pool was closed. The breakfast was sparse if anything. The restaurant we were told was open and it turned out not to be when we arrived which the staff new previously. Noone was at the front desk for 30 mins when we needed help. Just seems like they are going out of business really.

It's been the worst hotel ever I stay in?
They do not clean the room. Probably they do not change the linen I asked to clean the room When I get back to the room, wasn't clean.
People in the front desk. they not good
I've been sleeping an hotel for more than ten years This is the worst hotel to stay in. Im an IHG Hotel member this is the worst place

Good hotel, unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool as it was closed, clean rooms, large bathroom.

Front desk woman was fantastic. Room was literally humongous, largest non-Suite room ever. The other issue is the TV wasn't big so can't be on bed and watch TV, and the seats are not so convenient. Pool was closed, so that was a downer. The in house restaurant turns out is closed permanently, so that wasn't great either. Rooms are quite close to parking, so everyone had to get up when someone's alarm went off for a while, but doubtful I would hear someone from the room next door.

Both Pool and restaurant are closed… Don’t think that was mentioned anywhere. Plenty to f restaurants near but still a pricey uber to get into downtown. No travel Guide, tv guide, or bible in rooms. Rooms were clean and employees were great. Had to get key programmed like 5 times because I kept getting locked out. Meh experience

They advertise having a restaurant/bar, but they do not.. Room was ok, but I could hear loud people in the other rooms. Desk employees were not the friendliest. Salt in a pepper shaker. Will not stay there again.
Food and drinks: There were none. No breakfast except for some bagels and granola bars etc. The coffee was cold.

Super bad attention.
They do not clean the rooms, they do not change sheets, the person at the reception is very inattentive.
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and would never return.

Sheets were not clean, no pool, no gym, no breakfast (even though we paid like $30 more for the breakfast).The place had a humid smell and it could use a deep clean. It was a horrible way to end our vacation experience.
Rooms: musty smell and sheet were not clean
Food and drinks: No breakfast even after paying more than $20 for it
Noteworthy details: Really has made us consider leaving Holiday inn

I started coming here when there was a sauna and a hot tub. Still a nice hotel but I do miss that.
Somehow this hotel has gotten worse every time I've stayed.
