Holiday Inn Countryside offers spacious rooms, some of the largest non-Suite rooms available, with clean and well-equipped amenities like a Kureg, fridge, and microwave. Guest service varies, with some staff members, such as Crystal and Brie, providing outstanding and helpful assistance, making check-in and stay more pleasant. However, front desk experiences can be inconsistent, and some employees may not be as friendly. The hotel’s advertised restaurant and bar are no longer operating, and there is no breakfast besides basic options like bagels and granola bars; the coffee served was often cold. The pool was closed during visits, which disappointed guests, especially those looking forward to swimming. Rooms are close to parking, which can lead to noise from alarms, but internal noise from neighboring rooms is generally not an issue. Some rooms experienced minor problems, such as a flooding tub, but overall, the hotel is considered a fine establishment. Its convenient location near family and highways makes it a good choice, though the lack of amenities like an in-house restaurant and pool can be a downside.
Great hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. Clean rooms, close to everything. Very quiet place to sleep. Truck drivers friendly and there is a nice big parking lot.

Stayed over the weekend and I want to say that Calvin is so welcoming and very informative! He mentioned their restaurant being open and I checked it out on Friday night and met Andy and he is also one of the nicest people I have ever met, I hope their restaurant becomes successful. I recommend the wings as they are phenomenal!!!
