Had a mobile technician come out to install flares and mudflaps, which would seem easy to me if I worked on cars/trucks all the time. But after looking at instructions for 20 minutes decided he couldn't do it. Not sure why this world is full of incapable people all over the place, but, there are a few here at this dealership obviously. When I don't/can't do my job, consequences are taken against me. I'm sure nothing will be done because that's the way the world works, but be careful when planning your weekend around somebody proficient getting something done, it could ruin your weekend. I should've read these reviews and I would've steered way clear of this place. Lesson learned.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE….
WORST service department in the area… DO NOT let roadside tow your vehicle here. You will be without a loaner vehicle and ford won’t authorize them to give you a rental until they diagnose the problem… which apparently takes a week plus for a no start condition. On top of that Ray will not call with a daily update nor return messages and Steve the service manager is mysteriously never there. We are out of pocket already $500 due to having to rent our own vehicle over the holiday weekend.
Oh by the way the vehicle is under bumper to bumper warranty. Save your aggravation and go anywhere else!

So I took a 45 a minute drive here to see a 2024 new vehicle that I was told was on the lot brand and also om there website was new when I got there and asked to see the car I was oh we can have it here it 15 minutes it's a demo and a salesman has it at there house. I was like well I wasted my time you said it was brand new and so does your website not a demo with possibly up to 5k miles on it this was a total bait and switch and they didn't seem to care one bit that they lied and wasted my time.

This dealership was fantastic to buy from especially if you are in a hurry or not wanting to spend a half a day to a day at a dealership while trying to trade in and buy a vehicle. I was in and out within 90 minutes max doing a trade as well as buying a new vehicle with financing. I worked with Rick to begin with over the phone and then JR handled the transaction. Prices were extremely fair and I hear this dealerships service center is excellent versus the other one that is close by. I also appreciate it the fact that they put on some upgrades to the truck like a hard tunnel, cover, running boards, ceramic coating everywhere and a few other things I can’t remember, and they were more than willing to negotiate on the cost of those upgrades which made it so I had a truck that was ready to go upgraded and I didn’t have to do anything after buying.

Super disrespectful guy telling me I was wasting his time by coming in to check out cars if I wasn’t ready to buy today. Told me cars are really expensive in the city like I don’t know that and currently own one? Would absolutely not recommend coming here unless you’re ready to buy I guess.
