GO ANYWHERE ELSE….
WORST service department in the area… DO NOT let roadside tow your vehicle here. You will be without a loaner vehicle and ford won’t authorize them to give you a rental until they diagnose the problem… which apparently takes a week plus for a no start condition. On top of that Ray will not call with a daily update nor return messages and Steve the service manager is mysteriously never there. We are out of pocket already $500 due to having to rent our own vehicle over the holiday weekend.
Oh by the way the vehicle is under bumper to bumper warranty. Save your aggravation and go anywhere else!

So I took a 45 a minute drive here to see a 2024 new vehicle that I was told was on the lot brand and also om there website was new when I got there and asked to see the car I was oh we can have it here it 15 minutes it's a demo and a salesman has it at there house. I was like well I wasted my time you said it was brand new and so does your website not a demo with possibly up to 5k miles on it this was a total bait and switch and they didn't seem to care one bit that they lied and wasted my time.

This dealership was fantastic to buy from especially if you are in a hurry or not wanting to spend a half a day to a day at a dealership while trying to trade in and buy a vehicle. I was in and out within 90 minutes max doing a trade as well as buying a new vehicle with financing. I worked with Rick to begin with over the phone and then JR handled the transaction. Prices were extremely fair and I hear this dealerships service center is excellent versus the other one that is close by. I also appreciate it the fact that they put on some upgrades to the truck like a hard tunnel, cover, running boards, ceramic coating everywhere and a few other things I can’t remember, and they were more than willing to negotiate on the cost of those upgrades which made it so I had a truck that was ready to go upgraded and I didn’t have to do anything after buying.

Super disrespectful guy telling me I was wasting his time by coming in to check out cars if I wasn’t ready to buy today. Told me cars are really expensive in the city like I don’t know that and currently own one? Would absolutely not recommend coming here unless you’re ready to buy I guess.

Westfield Ford employees always treat me with respect and are really friendly to me. I asked if they could check my tires before I take a 3 hr trip and also the spare, they checked the depth of the tires that was all good but the tires were all dry rotted when they rotated and filled the tires you can see surface groves and cracks and they didn’t even check my spare. So I had to borrow a car to visit my sick sister in law, which she passed away while we went out there, so this trip was very important to me and my family and it could of ended up with us abandoned on the side of the road with blown out tires. And I could of missed our last good by’s to my dear sister in law my husbands sister. So bottom line they need to really look over a customers vehicle when they say their going on a long trip. Specially mine it’s a 2008 Ford Escape.But I like going to Westfield Ford and I don’t want to ruffled feathers, we just need to take the time and look over things a customer mentions and wants done that’s all.
