Shipping my car for the first time was very hard for me. I did not know which company to use and I decided to go with Van 3 Transport based on their reviews. This was a great choice, as they really did a great job transporting my car. They called me every day in order to update me where my vehicle is currently located and when it will be delivered in Los Angeles. When the driver arrived, he waited for me for one hour to come from work ( and was still very nice about it).

Disappointing. Booked a reservation in March to transport a vehicle from Arizona to Wisconsin with a pick up date of Monday, June 24, 2024. Pick up day arrived and we had not heard from Van3. Called customer service who said the vehicle would be picked up Tuesday, June 25. By late Tuesday morning no transport arrived. Several calls were made and went directly to voicemail. A voicemail was left inquiring about the status of the transport. No response. Contacted customer service over the website chat function and was told they were having trouble locating a driver and possible mechanical problems. Said they would work on getting somebody out to us on Wednesday, June 26. Today, June 26, still no truck or phone call by late morning. Called customer service and clicked on "order status" in the phone prompt which put me directly into voice mail. I called back (same number) and this time clicked on "request a quote" and my call was picked up immediately. Long story short I was told they were still trying to locate a driver, and at this point whether they located anybody or not there was no way our vehicle would be arriving in Wisconsin on the delivery date of July 1. When I asked if I should start looking elsewhere I received no resistance which I interpreted to mean I was not a priority. I booked transport with another company and due to the last minute booking I had to pay an "expedited" rate which was more than double what VAN 3 quoted. Also now dealing with the domino effect of problems created due to missed target dates, etc. For those new to the vehicle transport market like us, be aware they operate very much like moving companies. Attractive internet quotes, vague pick up and delivery dates and so on. Like moving companies I've dealt with, they're "all in" when I'm shopping for quotes but good luck getting ahold of somebody when problems arise. Also, I am reasonable and understand sometimes things don't go as planned due to mechanical, weather and manpower issues. A simple phone call would have gone a long way and I wouldn't be writing what is probably only the second negative review I've ever written. I also learned that it is not uncommon for these companies to quote "lowball" rates in advance and in the event they find somebody willing to pay higher they will ignore you in the hopes that you will cancel. If that was the case in my situation, congratulations VAN3, you win!!

This company transported my car from Miami to Chicago. They gave me a very competitive price. And their driver was a very nice gentleman. Believe it or not my vehicle was delivered in less than three days. The driver was very friendly and did everything he can to accommodate my needs. Their price was amongst the best. Honestly, I'll even pay more for their service just because of their professionalism and customer service.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Getting an instant quote from the website was great, and I was happy to be able to pay cash with a discount using a debit card and the Chase Zelle app with no additional fees. Coordination for having my car picked up and delivered was easy (I received text messages in advance), and most importantly, my car was delivered according to the original schedule I was communicated to with no damage. I had to make a last minute schedule change, and it was very easy as well. Bobby was the one who helped me with the overall move, and he was very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Van3 Auto Transport!

Bobby was incredible from start to finish. I had bad luck for weeks trying to find a company to transport my car from NY to Denver. I had been yelled at, hung up on, told to throw a few more hundred dollars for a better chance, etc etc by other companies. As soon as I called Van3, Bobby jumped on it. Within 2 days, my car was picked up by the nicest gentleman and less than 3 days later, it was dropped off! Save yourself the headache and rather than trying to save every last penny, go with a reputable company. They have great reviews for a reason. Thank you Bobby for making this a painless experience!

I highly recommend Bobby and team - I had an incredibly smooth and fast delivery service from Chicago to San Diego in a record 3 days!!! Bobby was awesome - he is patient and always available for questions. I was worried about hiring the right carrier and vetted many others. The pricing was very fair and I am so grateful for this service. Skip the others - and hire them!
