A few months into the membership and love it. I'm a 4.0 player that was just looking to hit a lot of balls over the cold months, outside of competitive leagues. There is much more to offer in the way of drill sessions than advertised on their brochures. There are folks in there that like to play a lot, show up to the various sessions and you get to know them and they are all friendly people. Last thing I'll mention is the coaching staff. Super friendly, top notch and engaged during the classes/drills. They make you feel like they're having as much fun as you are, even though they've been feeding balls and keeping score for 8 hours before you even got there.

I normally wouldn’t take the time to write a review, but i just want to warn any future patrons of this establishment. My daughter was taking lessons from the owner Shawn Stewart and he was incredibly unprofessional for almost every interaction. Very nonchalant and acted like he was above talking to parents and answering (important) questions. My daughter did not feel like she learned anything from him and I agree, waste of money. My advice would be to go somewhere where they can actually teach and are EXCITED about it. If a place like this can put someone like Shawn in charge, then you need to take your money elsewhere.

Poor service, unknowledgeable staff. Don't tell the little kids that they can bring a guest up to 3 times for free and then deny it.Unwillingness to correct their wrong. Not good business practice. Thinking twice about renewing daughter membership.

I go to this place for lessons regularly. The staff at the front desk are really helpful and they will give you loner tennis rackets. The coaches are nice and helpful and they make sure you understand the material they're teaching.

Was treated very poorly by the lady who works the desk- Joy. She was very abrasive and rude when our woman’s tennis team came to play. When I saw the home team warming up I asked if we could warm up and she very sharply told us we could not. When I asked if that was fair she replied in a very negative tone and told us it was the home team and threw her hands up in the air! I was unsure of what that meant and addressed the way she was talking to me. She immediately blamed her tone on me. She then called the captain of my team over to her to let my captain know she didn’t appreciate the way I spoke to her. My captain told her I felt the very same way. Joy- take a deep breath. I simply asked a couple questions. I’m not sure where you learned to speak to people or how you think it’s ok but it is very rude. You are giving a very bad reputation to the tennis club you work for.

The lessons are good there but some of the front desk staffs are kind of rude. The worst is the woman who works on Sunday morning. She doesn't like you to ask her any questions. She would look at you like an idiot or something. So disrespectful.

really bad most tennis coaches have favored and only focus on them plus some of the coaches are rude to students. Students should be moved up not because how many years they did the class but what there skill level is. From experience they kept telling me i wasn't old enough or I haven't taken ex. amount of years in the tennis class.

Score is a great place for tennis for both adults and Jrs. The pro's are first rate. The facility itself is a little tired, that's why I can't give it 5 stars.

Poor front desk service. Rude, and fail to follow up on basic questions about membership, court times and fees. Courts are in fine condition.
