Perform Physical Therapy is a first-rate family business in the Near West Chicago Suburbs. I went twice for different issues and had a positive experience and outcome each time. My top reasons for recommending Perform are effective therapy, personal attention, and a positive atmosphere. The owners, Michelle and Al Fink, and their employees are professional and friendly. Even with the discomfort that accompanies reaching a physical therapy goal, appointments seemed less tedious because of Al's encouraging and motivating approach. I routinely saw many other clients happily coming into Perform, despite their afflictions and knowledge that they had a challenging hour ahead. The Perform team makes people feel at home, but more importantly, they are efficient in helping you recover from your injury or issue.

The team is awesome! Focused on individual care and my rehabilitation. I would recommend this facility over any of the franchise facilities. I look forward to coming to my therapy, at times it’s hard, but the therapists are pushing me so I can recover and bypass surgery. The facility is clean and the entire staff is fantastic!
