What can I say about the outstandingService that Jeff an the crew do at Paint Solutions ! i Had some Striker plates that started to see rust an knew just where to take it.. Had them cleaned an painted an must say they came out amazing! an in no time at all had me back out on the road Very fair pricing an Top quality workNo matter how big or small the job is Jeff an the team will continue to exceed my expectations not the first time an definitely not the last would recommend Time n time again!

Jeff (owner) is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and uneducated. Paint Solutions had my very clean (interior), completely drivable, newer car for over 4 months. Paint Solutions had my car longer than I owned it! Never got worked on. Jeff said the frame rail was on backorder. Okay, I understood. The frame rail finally came in (2.5 months later), only to find out Jeff said he could not fix my car, he does not have a frame machine, and did not know what type of frame my car had. I found out he could not fix my car through my insurance company calling me. Jeff did NOT call me ONE TIME with updates during the 4 months. Wait…not over yet…had to get my car towed (my preference) to another auto body shop in later November. Went to the next shop within 5 business hours of receiving my car to sign paperwork. I asked to see my car, haven’t seen it in 4.5 months! Only to find out my car had 170 more miles on it and 1/2 tank of gas gone! Inside my car was full of dust, driver seat programmed for someone taller than me, center console rummaged through, dirt scuff marks on the interior. Of course Jeff/Paint Solutions denies driving my car while they had it, but when someone has complete possession of your car for 4.5 months and this happens. What would you think? More problems, aggravation, stress, time, and money is the price I paid for bringing my car to Paint Solutions/Jeff. I went there for “Solution”, not more problems. One star is one too many.

Great place to get repairs done. Great price, quick turn around time, very clean body work. Jeff was straight forward about everything he was going to do and what might raise the cost after they open it up. Didn't end up charging me a dime more than he quoted me. This is my go-to body repair shop from now on.

Thank you for returning our baby to normal! We just had 3 large dents and several associated scratches removed from our car. Incredible! The car looks brand new - they did it in half the estimated time, and at the quoted price (less than half their competitors). Professional, friendly and efficient in every way. Bravo!

The initial price ($765) given to me increase way too high at the time of payment ($850+). I told Jeff that it wasn’t the initial price he quoted. Then the price changed to ($793). I felt I was deceived. Go Find somewhere else can do the job. Disappointing.Service: Painting

Painted my bumper cover and they did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with the result. The turnaround time was pretty quick, too. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely my go to place for future needs.

Recently, my car was sideswiped my VW Tiguan while parked. There was alot of superficial damage but it was a very unique color, so I was choosy about where to get the work done. Since the guy who hit my car was driving an "uninsured" rental, I decided to go through my insurance and get it fixed immediately. I wanted to get a few local estimates. Paint Solutions was my first choice. Jeff gave me a prompt, reasonably priced estimate, without an appointment . He also gave me a hard copy of the estimate.....Jeff assured me that I would only need to be painted and buffed.......No parts replacement needed.....Great......The other shops I was considering either wanted an appointment to get an estimate or they were overcharging and therefore didn't want to give you a hard copy of the estimate to shop........I won't name the shops.......So it was an easy choice......Paint Solutions it is and I'm so glad I decided to go with them.... I dropped my car off with the printed estimate from my insurance company and I asked how long it would take.......Thursday, so approximately 4 days.... The drop off process was seemless and although Jeff wasn't there, his counterpart was expecting me. Thursday has arrived and Jeff gives me a call stating the car is ready and he add that I would love the work......I pick the car up on Friday and before I could say anything, my wife said....Oh wow, it looks brand new. She was correct. I was absolutely floored by the work the did! Going forward, this is my goto body shop. Thanks Jeff, for the excellent work and customer service.

Did good work for a reasonable price When I told the owner that this was our only car he worked with me to do the work without having to be with out it for a long period
