STAY AWAY This credit union is one of the worst I have been to. Some of the tellers are rude and even upper staff. Being a share member they treat you like shit.My advise, go some place else!!!!!!! Even higher command make stuff up

Jasmine Gray at 8001 w. 159th st in Tinley Park was Extremely Helpful and polite. She assisted my financial needs quickly and with kindness. Im a Numark customer and these employees at this location are way better the services I recieve at Huntington. Keep up the Great work Jasmine.

Just waist of time with this institution!First time that to attract they telling nice stores and type will give you a good %, but when deal comes to the real they telling totally different %. Marisol Torres said "come after 1-2 months and we will help" and finally they did not. Wrote a letter to underwrites and no answer, nothing! They type pull credit scores from Trans Union and if your bank belongs to Experian your scores type very low...Just waisted a time!

Horrible customer service. terrible mobile banking. customer service is rude and incompetent mobile banking dose not work half the time. Do your a favor and bank somewhere else.

Bad customer service and luck of options , not recommend this credit union to nobody , you can’t deposit money or checks on the outside ATM , I haven’t seen something like that even in the third world countries, wake up we are in 21th century

Numark sold my mortgage to Triad Financial, that charges $7 to schedule payments on their own website. That's $84.00 for a service that involves not one human.Disappointed with Numark

Amazing people. From the girl at the front desk to the branch manager that helped me (countryside location). Was having a very stressful time finding help getting a car. They made me feel so much better! Thank you all! Highly recommend!

Wrose than aggressive bill collectors!!! Customer service? More like Tyranny! Continously receiving threatening letters to add fees and charges to my loan.... from a change of address, to complying with comprehensive insurance on my stored Motorcycle over the winter. I gave them every bit of information I have. I emailed them my policy from Safeco, but that still isn't enough, Numark has told me that since I havent complied to what they expect from me, they are adding their own insurance premium and tacking the cost on to my loan. I NEVER would have financed through Northstar had I known Numark was going to take over! They threatend to charge me $15 per letter they send me after I gave them all the information for my change of address. -Who treats their customers this way? I dont care how much it costs me, I'm refinancing my 2 loans from Numark just to get away from them!

The worst credit union I have ever delt with. Customer service is horrible and very rude/short. Don't seem knowledgeable about their job, don't return messages. They have done nothing but anger me from day one. I will never do business with this company again!

I’ve been a credit union member for a long time. I’ve spoken to many customer reps when NuMark was NorthStar and they were all very kind and helpful. Today I spoke to Yvonne or Shavonne (I’m sorry if neither is correct!) and she was not helpful or kind at all. Which is very disappointing. She gave me phone numbers to call the services I needed myself and when I asked her what the notes of my account were to be prepared to speak to the servicer she sounded very annoyed. I spent 30 minutes on hold and she rushed me off in less than 5 minutes. I guess if Sammy would have called me back when she said she would I wouldn’t have needed to call said employee. 3 stars because every other branch has always been very helpful.
