Service was terrible. I tried to support local business.Waited on order for weeks,and by the end,they never even made my order.Always was the reason for delay.After weeks back and forth,I canceled the order and went with another company.

Such great customer service! I went in after spending almost an hour at a different printing place to print something for my engagement and came here and I was in and out after 10 minutes.Highly recommend, will be using them for all services go forward!

My mom decided to get some signs printed for my graduation party on short notice, and I was impressed with the quality and the quick turnaround. If I need any signs or business cards in the future, I will go back to C + J printing, as the service my mother received was above and beyond what I expected given the short notice.

I cannot say enough about Chris and Julie, their incredible service and the really wonderful job they did for our LTHS Reunion Committee. The posters, signage, print material and Class Reunion Booklet were all impeccable. The mounting of our oversize Memoriam poster was perfect and Chris devised an ingenious method of standing it on a table. Everything was timely and their welcoming, friendly can-do attitude made all of our experiences a total pleasure. I highly recommend Countryside Minuteman Press!

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here, very poor customer service. Had multiple experiences that were bad from there with rude service. Go to lyons location they are outstanding!

Had a very important presentation in Bolingbrook requiring a high-quality print job (10 decks x 65+ pages) From past experience, I wasn't willing to take it to a low-grade... high-priced like a FedEx Kinkos (where they run their machines to the ground with little maintenance). I needed a deck where a client sees it... is impressed... signs on the dotted line quality (like what you see in a commercial). Chris & Julie went above and beyond. When I sent the file toward the end of their work day (5pm), they still made time to jump on a call and review the file. They even made proper recommendations (heavier weighted paper, spiral binding) to improve the final presentation. And this IS the most important part.... they fulfilled their promises (calling me back, sending me pics of any issues) and obligations (delivering on time) without issue I didn't start with they're awesome pricing (cheaper than Fedex Kinkos) for a reason, their customer service is priceless! FYI - I do not know them nor have I ever met them before this transaction. I'm based on LA and my review is solely based on my communication with this order. And having been in graphic design and print production for over 10 years, they have earned my most positive review. TIP - Out of courtesy, give them a heads up so they can prepare your order before you submit. I don't know if they need it, but please give them all your business.
