Head to Mattress Overstock first.My wife and I were looking at a Leesa mattress online during their President's Day sale and wanted to try it out in person. We went to Mattress Overstock and had the great fortune of working with Rick Kopsky. Not only was he able to explain the differences between the variety of mattresses they had on the storeroom floor, but gave us numerous examples of how mattress A worked for previous clients in comparison to mattress B, and what you could expect given your sleeping preferences. “Jim helped us buy our Purple Mattress today. We came in knowing what we wanted, both because we already have one Purple and because of some prior research. Jim made some other suggestions based on new available options and didn't try to push the most expensive one. He was also able to get us the Purple foundation and headboard, despite that not being a typical offering of the store. This is our second purchase from this location and we've been happy both times. Also, parent pro-tip: Our 3 year old was able to burn some energy running through the maze of mattresses.”

“We worked with a wonderful sales associate, Lauren. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We chose the PressureSmart™ 2.0 Plush Pillow Top 13.75" Mattress with free adjustable base. So far, the mattress is a wonderful choice for us as side sleepers. The only negative we see so far (it's only been two nights) is that it seems to be higher in the middle and we roll towards the edges, but hopefully, that will subside as the mattress settles in. Additionally, we've always used a box spring along with our mattress, so using the adjustable base instead allows the bed to sit lower a few inches, so that is taking some time to get used to. Again, it's only been two days so I will update later. I must mention the delivery team headed by Fernando is another reason for the five stars! He was absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and followed through on all removal and set up as directed. We feel we can trust Mattress Firm and will continue to recommend them.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! I walked into this store on a casual recommendation from a friend for a mattress. I had already done my research on the type of mattress I wanted and the basic cost. I was blown away by the knowledge of the salesperson (turned out to be the owner) and the great prices. They make the mattresses 10 minutes away from the showroom and I got my mattress the following day. I forgot to me took I ordered a special size! If you need a mattress, I don't care if you need a traditional spring, foam mattress, hypoallergenic, or something truly unique. Go see Tim at My Green Mattress!”

There was no hard sell, just professionalism. Ramon and his partner, who delivered and set up the new mattress, moved the old one to another room and disposed of another mattress and box spring were careful and thorough. I think they completed all of it in about 15 minutes.I can recommend Mattress Firm wholeheartedly, from the product to the sales personnel and the installers.”
